Peter has gained vast experience and knowledge within the industry and the island itself, as well as making many good contacts and friends along the way. Having a sales background in the U.K, gaining good customer relations, has also helped him to slot in easily to the position of Sales Negotiator before then progressing to General Manager of North Cove Estates.

Having spent her entire life in Northern Cyprus, Sandy has gained a wide knowledge of areas, places to see and the way of life. She started work part-time as an office junior at the age of only 14 at her family’s property management company. Within a few years she started doing PR for various companies including some of the biggest Hotels on the Island – this gained her a valuable insight in to why people come to start a new life in the sun and what exactly they hope for. Four years ago she branched out into the property sector, starting off as a PA she then worked her way in to Sales. Sandy is fluent in English and Turkish languages, possesses a good knowledge of computer systems, as well as holding certificates for customer relations skills.

As North Cove has expanded over the past 2 years, so have the services that we offer. Roy & David both have extensive experience in the pool cleaning and maintenance division, and have been brought into the North Cove Team to move forward our plans in the site management and pool maintenance side of the property sector. Roy has lived on the island for the almost 4 years and David for just under 5 years, and in this time they have gained the reputation of being thorough and professional in all aspects of their work.
