Buying property in North Cyprus is very easy and the choices are almost endless. North Cyprus properties start from £25,000 for a small studio apartment to more than £2,000,000 for a luxury villa set in acres of land.Your options when buying property in North Cyprus:As well as deciding where you want to live in North Cyprus, you need to decide what type of property you want:

* If you want something new – buying an off-plan property from a North Cyprus developer is very popular, particularly if you are not too concerned over its design but would like some input on the finishings.

* If you want to take delivery of your new home in Northern Cyprus as soon as possible – buying a resale property is the option you should consider.

* If you want to live in a traditional Turkish Cypriot village – you might think about buying an old village house in need of renovation and some tender loving care.

* If you’re buying a home and have strong thoughts & ideas about its design – and are prepared to put in the time & effort to get exactly what you want, then buying a custom property through our experienced ‘Design & Build’ specialists is the option you need to explore; but of course, you’ll need to buy land on which to build it.
